New official release and new products for 2008
DVC2 ECO 512 & DVC2 128-M
The latest official version of Virtual controller 2 is now compatible with the following DMX interfaces. All new products are available and you can download the new release from www.daslight.com.

DVC2 ECO 512, 349 euros
It is a cheaper version of the DVC2 512.
Features: it has the same software functions as the DVC2 512 but without DMX IN or HE10 (I/O ports) connectors. The interface has 512 DMX output channels.
DVC2 128-M, 199 euros
This product will replace the DVC 100 BASIC.
Features: 128 outputs, 3D under normal mode, no midi control, 30 scenes / 30 steps / 30 effects. The interface has internal memory for 60 DMX output channels. Thus, you will be able to control your lighting without your PC. It includes 4 triggering actions (I/O ports). This interface requires a 9V power supply in stand-alone mode.

The brochures (PDF files) are available from www.daslight.com. They all have the features of the new 2008 products: DVC2 GOLD 1024, DVC2 512, DVC2 ECO 512, DVC2 128-M. All these languages are available: English, French, Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Netherlands, Turkish, Slovak and Danish.

New return procedure with RMA
Before returning any merchandise for repair or after sales services, please complete the rma.pdf form.
You will receive confirmation of the "return to" address (any of our offices worldwide) and an RMA number to write on the package. In our experience, around 70% of problems can be fixed without returning any product. The main goal of this form is to help you to solve the problem by your self and offer a fast and effective service if you must return the goods.
