Return procedure
Before returning any merchandise for repair or after sales services, please complete the following form: rma.pdf
You will receive confirmation of the "return to" address (any of our offices worldwide) and an RMA number to write on the package. In our experience, around 70% of problems can be fixed without returning any product. The main goal of this form is to help you to solve the problem by your self and offer a fast and effective service if you must return the goods.
Note: we will not accept any product return without a valid RMA number !
