Keeping your hardware up to date will give you:
-More stand alone memory for running your show without a computer
-More reliable components producing a stronger DMX signal
-DMX timing adjustments allowing compatibility with lighting fixtures that may not adhere completely to the DMX protocol
To upgrade your interface. Follow these 3 steps.
Find out if your interface is a new model, 2006-2009 512 channels or another interface.
-New interface: Serial number with 6 digits
-2006-2009 interface(512 channels): A 9 digit number beginning with 2937 or 56
-Other: any other serial number
The serial number can be found by connecting your interface and opening tools.exe which can be found in the software directory and Windows start menu.
Check the table below and choose your upgrade option. All prices include postage of your new interface, but exclude taxes and duties if applicable..
If you have a new interface, you can use DVC3. However if you would like to upgrade to different product, please contact us for a quote.

-Add your Name, E-mail, Address, Telephone number, VAT number if you have one
-Use the Daslight contact form to tell us which interface you would like, your serial number and e-mail address
-We will respond with a payment link for your upgrade and a returns address
What do we need to return?
Only the electronic interface (no cables, no cd, no cardboard box)
Who pays the shipping cost?
We will pay the shipping cost from Daslight to your address. You must pay the shipping cost to our office
I need to declare a value for customs to return the interface, how much I need to declare ?
€10 or $10 (repair/upgrade/exchange)
I want to upgrade but I use the old interface everyday. What can I do?
We can ship your new product first, however we will need your credit card details for security. Please contact us for an advance product replacement form.
How long will it take?
After we receive the old interface, we need 1 day to process to upgrade. We can ship to most parts of the world in 1-2 days.
My company is based in European Union and we have a European VAT number. Do I need to pay VAT?
No. Just be sure that your VAT number is entered in your account
I have a DVC 2006-2010 SIUDI5 interface, if I want to be compatible with Windows 64 bit, do I need to make an upgrade ?
Yes you need to upgrade to a DVC3 interface.
