Re: One bug, one feature request

Hey sultanII, Midi input mapping for global blackout in live mode. You should be able to map shortcuts such as this one in the "Preferences" window, "Shortcuts" tab. Hope this helps ! after a while without interacting with daslight (neither midi nor with mouse etc.) the scene cha...

Re: Drag and drop from Live to Show

Hi PolDavril, It is not possible to drag-drop a scene from Live to Show. What Simon does is click on the scene while keeping 'alt' button pressed on his keyboard. This automatically import the control into Show view. You could do the same with all faders / presets/ pallets Hope this helped. Regards,

Re: Beta 7 Bugs

Hey everyone, Thank you again for reporting all bugs you can find on our new Beta version. So far, bugs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 have been reported to the developers in charge. As for 6, I just fixed it this morning. Selection tool = the arrow icon (6th icon with drop down list) between "Move all&qu...

Re: Time problems (with video)

Hello Agus, On the video I can see that you've "played" a bit with the scenes' speed sliders (the ones with the rabbit). To make the scene go the right speed again, please, double click on this slider in order to reset it. A double click anywhere on the slider should be enough. Hope this h...

Re: Pan Tilt Error in Editor and Live on some Movinglights

Hello everyone, Sorry you had to wait this long but you should find a proper fix to this bug in the next beta version of DVC3 available soon on the website. Thank you all for the feedback ! EDIT: Unfortunately, for most shows already existing with this bug on Pan/Tilt revert and/or swap, I'm afraid ...

Re: DVC3 Problem in Live

Hello Conceptmedia,

Well that's a strange situation. Are you using a specific show file ? If so, could you send it to me so I can take a look at the issue ?

Hey Olaf,

Thanks for reporting this issue. We'll look into it and release a fix as soon as possible. This may take a few days as it seems to be independent from Daslight 4.

Re: phantom spot hti-150

Hey Daansp,

I just tried using the two SSL files you mentioned and my guess is that they have been somewhat badly made. I would advise you to reach the store and send a request for these two files to be corrected here :

Hope this helps.

Re: Integrate global Offset future for pan/tilt?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your feedback, that's an interesting idea. We had not planned on having this feature at the moment, but we'll add it to our list of ideas for future versions.

Re: Pan /tilt - Effects

Hi Olaf, I'm afraid this is not part of DVC4's features at the moment. My advice would be to generate one effect (in a new scene) per group of fixtures. The way you'll get one scene for each effect you just created. And you can trigger them all to play your effects at the same time. Thank you for th...

Re: Firmware

Hi Olaf,

Yes, this should be the latest firmware at the moment. You can always check if your firmware version is the latest available by opening hardware manager, selecting your connected device and chosing the "Firmware" tab.

Re: Support for MIDI Clock, BPM, Synchronization and all that?

Hi jbjhjm, First of, we're glad to read you liked DVC4 Does DVC4 support MIDI clock? Indeed, DVC4 does support MIDI Clock. You may expect a small value flickering on the mac version if your BPM exceeds 200. But we are currently working on it. How will BPM-based scenes work? There are actually 3 ways...
