Hi,
Is it possible to set up a password access on the easy remote app?
Thanks,
Orri
Easy remote app, password access
Re: Easy remote app, password access
Hey,
Easy remote comes on both Android and iOS platforms.
Both offer a "lock" feature that's only there to prevent the user from editing the current page, or going back to the "devices" choice by mistake.
On Android, you have the possibility to set a password for this feature, using the properties view (swipe to show the left part of the screen, when in "device choice" view).
On iOS, no password can be set.
Hope this answers your question.

Re: Easy remote app, password access
Hi,
I was hoping for a password protect on accessing the show file on the pc itself (when in show mode). I guess that is not possible.
Thanks,
Orri

Re: Easy remote app, password access
Hello,
Well, the software also has a lock feature, in LIVE and SHOW modes, allowing you to protect the show with a password. Once this feature is active, the user won't be able to even switch view without the right password.
In order to activate this feature, you can hit the "lock" button in LIVE or SHOW view, and specify a password :
Hope this helps.
