2 XLRS 3 PIN INTERFACE 1536 CH ??????

AND NOT ONE XLR 3PIN AND ONE 5PIN FROM THE PROGRAM I CAN MAKE 3 LED RED TO LIGHT UP ONE FOR EACH UNIV
HOW CAN I TAKE 3X512 OUT WITH 2 XLR OUTPUTS ONLY?

If you have purchased the DVC2 GZM, it should come with 1x 3pin XLR and 1x 5pin XLR.
Please e-mail me your serial number.
