How can I insert a new step between two existing steps in a scene (not at the end).

Same question for moving steps up/down to change the order. Hello Neighbor

I'm also having difficulty with this. Hope someone will answer this question.

Hello,

You can just grab the "number" section with the mouse and drop it where you need it in the list.
(See the highlighted "3" in the image below)
